why the arabic come qestion mark when i show it via discoverer viewer , or re open via discoverer plus

I'd say you don't have the fonts installed used by Discoverer viewer. Try to change the font to another Arabic font.

Just a long shot...

[EDIT]Yes, the forum is active but it's not guaranteeing a response time.
