There's no native support for that in Apex 4.x, so - have a look at Denes Kubicek's demo.

Thanks for quick reply.

I have one hidden item and one LOV (Named LOV) on tabular form, I want to set LOV value into hidden item.
I have created dynamic action for the same but its working only for saved records not for new records (Add Rows) before commit the rows.

Could you please suggest me how can I set value ?

I guess that dynamic action should be Change on jQuery selector which represents tabular form item (fxx). Action would be a JavaScript which puts fxx item's value into a hidden item. Now, that's theory which I've never done in reality so - sorry, I can't help much better.
