Hi,
How can I obtain the following data:
a) Total logons (day)
b) Transactions / day
c) Sort on Disc
d) and other information like this.

Enable Auditing.
Look into v$*metric* views.
You may want to hunt down what you want.

Only users that licensed Oracle Enterprise Manager Diagnostic Pack are entitled to use AWR. If I were you, I would confirm with management before using it. Unfortunately is is possible (shame on Oracle!) to have it enabled and to use it illegally.
